Ownership update – 1 month in!

Hello all!

Nearly 1 month has passed since Evy and I became owners of the Shoreline Motel and Marina (*see note below about the Condominiums).  What a wild and wonderful ride it’s been so far!  We are much busier than anticipated and that’s a good thing!  It’s been great meeting so many of our guests, both new and returning.  I believe the returning guests outnumber new guests 2-to-1 and I can see why.  The views are spectacular, and the spot is secluded and quiet.

Let us know if you would like extra coffee or towels.  We are utilizing the black mailbox for some extra supplies if you run out.

Looking forward to meeting you all!

-Mark and Evy

*Note: if you’re looking for the condominiums, see website: Vacation Rental – Shoreline Village Condominiums    The condominiums are currently under separate management from the motel and marina.

Under new ownership!

Hello all!   We are excited to share with you that the Shoreline Motel and Marina are under new ownership as of September 15, 2022.

We believe in being involved personally.  So, when you call to make a reservation, you’ll be talking to one of us!  When you check in, more likely than not, we will be onsite enjoying the views just as much as you do.  Currently, we have taken over room 106 as our office and living space.  Knock on the door if you need anything or just to introduce yourself.   We love meeting all of the people who keep coming back here every year to our little “hidden gem” on the water.

Some changes: The motel is now utilizing a mailbox located by the base of the stairs near 106.  The condominiums are under separate ownership and management.  Condo office number is (920)854-0195.  Condo website: Vacation Rental – Shoreline Village Condominiums

We look forward to meeting you!
