Cancellation Policy

Motel Rooms – Motel rooms may cancel 14 days prior to the day of scheduled arrival less a $25 cancellation fee.

Deposit Policy

Motel Rooms – Deposit is 50% the reservations total. In the case of a 1 night stay the deposit is the total amount.

Occupancy Policy

Motel Rooms –  Double Queen rooms shall have no more than 4 people, Single Queen rooms shall have no more than 2 people.

Rates are based on 2 people. $30/additional adult/night.

**IF GUESTS EXCEED THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY, GUESTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO CHECK OUT IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND**

Check In/Check Out Policy

Motel Rooms: Check In – 3:00 pm, Check Out – 11:00 am. No exceptions.

Quiet Hours Policy

Motel: Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

Dog Policy

Motel Rooms: $20/night for 1 dog, $30/night for 2 dogs. Maximum of 2 dogs.

– Dogs must remain within your control at all times, either on a leash or in a carrier if outside your room (applies to both parking lot side and waterside of the motel and condominiums)

– Owners MUST pick up after their dogs.

– Owners MUST put their dog waste in the garbage receptacles outside of the motel.

– Dogs are not allowed to be left alone in the rooms or condominiums.

– We count on your to prevent your dog(s) from making excessive noise, and being disruptive or aggressive to other guests and staff.

– If your dog is deemed dangerous, harmful, or disruptive, management has sole discretion to require you to find other accommodations. The dog fee is nonrefundable.

– If your room requires excessive cleaning or if damages are incurred as a result of your dog, management has the right to charge for additional services and repairs.
